1. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are regulated and perishable, Tsunami does not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed and fulfilled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery via the Contact Us page and include:

  1. A clear description of the issue.
  2. Photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

We will evaluate the request and—if approved—ship a replacement at our discretion. Replacements depend on product availability and standard shipping timelines.

Third-Party Fulfillment Disclaimer:

Storage, packing, and shipping are performed by independent third-party logistics (3PL) partners. While we select reputable carriers, Tsunami is not liable for delays, losses, or damage that occur while goods are in third-party custody or transit.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed for shipment. Once an order status shows “Fulfilled,” “Shipped,” or similar, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Submit cancellation requests as quickly as possible through the Contact Us page; we cannot guarantee that late requests will be honored.

3. Delivery Policy

Address Accuracy:

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please verify all details before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address – If a package is returned to us due to address errors, the customer is responsible for repeat-shipping charges.

Tracking & Lead Times:

A tracking link will be emailed once your order is fulfilled. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier workload. Carriers operate only on business days and do not deliver on U.S. federal holidays; expect additional time during peak seasons.

Title & Risk of Loss:

Title to the goods and all risk of loss transfer to you once the package is accepted by the carrier. After that point:

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit – Please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Marked “Delivered” but Missing – Tsunami is not responsible for packages the carrier confirms as delivered. Contact the carrier to initiate an investigation.
